DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Emphasizing responsible and eco-conscious design, Rancho Aragón promotes architecture that blends seamlessly with the landscape. Homes are envisioned as quiet presences within nature, using materials that reflect the essence of the Oaxacan coast: wood, stone, palm, and bamboo.

Bioclimatic orientation ensures ventilation, shade, and natural illumination throughout the day, while construction density remains low to maintain privacy and openness.

Every structure should enhance the views and preserve the calm atmosphere that defines the project. Architecture here is not about dominance, but coexistence.

THE LAND

Rancho Aragón covers 20,000 m² of natural hillside terrain with 12 private lots, each with ocean views, in the midst of preserved vegetation and open sky.
The project includes areas of ecological reserve and planned common spaces for mediation and yoga - allowing residents to live immersed in the tranquility and beauty of the Oaxacan Coast.

The topography features smooth slopes and natural elevation curves every meter, providing each lot with panoramic views while respecting the natural flow of the terrain.

ORIENTATION GUIDELINES:

  • Southeast: sunrise and social area

  • Southwest: sunset and rest areas

  • North: bedrooms and cool spaces

Every design prioritizes natural light, indirect illumination, and cross ventilation to maintain comfort and connection with the environment.
