Manifesto
Rancho Aragón did not arrive in Oaxaca by accident. We arrived when we were ready to stop running and to choose once more how we want to live, with whom, and from what purpose. This project was born from a shared realization: that we are not here to accumulate, but to inhabit with truth. We are people who have left behind what was imposed, what was unnecessary, and what looked good but didn’t feel right.
Rancho Aragón exists for those who stepped off the script, for those who understand that home is not a structure, but the freedom to be among others who have also chosen themselves. A place to learn from one another, grow without pressure, share what matters, and enjoy the presence of those walking a similar path.
We chose Zipolite not only for its beauty, but for what it awakens, a slower rhythm, a land with memory, a way of inviting you into the present moment. We are not just a real estate project. We are a shift in rhythm. A pause. A new way of belonging rooted in the bravest thing we can do: live in truth.

Carter Peabody
Brings more than fifteen years of real estate experience in New York City, the Hudson Valley, NY and Washington, D.C.; shaping homes guided by design, detail, and individuality.
After years of building across urban and rural landscapes, he relocated to Mexico to pursue more personal, creative work. Rancho Aragón is the natural evolution of that journey, a project born from friendship, vision, and the desire to create dream homes for a close circle.
Mission
To offer inhabitable land in the Pueblo Mágico of Zipolite, Oaxaca, to those who are ready to let go, enjoy, and learn more about themselves. A safe space where life can unfold with calm, clarity, and no urgency.
A place that invites living from where the senses awaken and awareness expands, fostering bonds rooted in shared values such as freedom, sensitivity, and respect.
Where emotion is honored and a more conscious and meaningful way of inhabiting takes shape. One that feeds the sacred fire within and embraces each person’s spiritual journey.
